教改立项课题成果转化的微观动力分析

摘　　要：教改立项课题成果转化率低与研究的微观动力有关。因为,科学研究者具有科学人与经济人的双重角色。所以,要加速教改立项课题成果的转化,就必须正视课题研究者所具有的经济人角色。Low ratio of the application of teaching reform project fruits is closely related with microcosmic drive of study. Undoubtedly, scientific research has a double character of being scientific and economic. Therefore, it is important to attach importance to the economic role of researchers in order to improve the application of teaching reform project fruits.
