摘　　要：师资队伍建设是高校教育可持续发展、提高教学质量、培养合格人才的关键。本文从专业学科分布、学位结构、专业技术职务和年龄结构等方面对目前从事高等地质教育的师资队伍进行了研究,分析了当今高等地质教育的师资队伍中存在的问题,并对如何建设一支高水平的高等地质教育教师队伍提出了一些对策思考。The teachers troop construction in university education is key of sustainable development, the quality of teaching and training qualified talent. This article studies the present situation of teachers troop on the higher geological education from the aspects of discipline distribution, degree structure, specialized technical duty and age structure. This article analyzed the question in the teachers troop of the higher geological education, and propose some countermeasure on how to constructed a high level the teacher troop in the university education of geology.
