摘　　要：白介素10（interleukin-10，IL-10）是一个有力的抗炎和免疫调节因子，在体内炎症反应过程中发挥着重要的作用。它通过抑制炎症因子和细胞趋化因子的合成、抑制细胞介导的免疫反应，从而起到抗炎和免疫调节作用。本文就IL-10的分子生物学特点、细胞分布及IL-10与慢性阻塞性肺疾病的关系作一综述。Interleukin-10 （IL-10） is a potent regulatory cytokine that reduces inflammation and regulates immune reaction. The anti-inflammation and immunoregulation of IL-10 are performed through having effect on release of inflammation mediators and chemotatic factor and inhibiting cell-mediated immune reaction. The review discusses several aspects of IL-10 including molecular biology, cell distribution and the relationship between IL-10 and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
