摘  要:采用燃烧法结合高温还原技术合成了LiBaPO4∶Eu2+的蓝色发光材料.用X射线衍射仪表征了材料的结构,表明形成了LiBaPO4物相;用荧光光谱仪测定了材料的发光性质.LiBaPO4∶Eu2+的激发光谱峰值位于328 nm,发射光谱的峰值位于468 nm.研究了Eu2+掺入量以及助熔剂硼酸用量对LiBaPO4∶Eu2+材料发光强度的影响规律.结果表明:在LiBaPO4∶Eu2+体系中加入适量的助熔剂有助于提高其发光性能.Eu^2+ doped LiBaPO4 materials was prepared by a combustion technique followed by post annealing at 1 000℃. The phase of the synthesized materials was determined using powder X-ray diffraction. The photoluminescent properties of Eu^2+ doped LiBaPO4 materials were investigated using spectrofluorometer at room temperature. The emission and excitation bands of LiBaPO4 : Eu^2+were observed at 468 and 328 nm, respectively. The dependence of the emission intensity on the Eu^2+ concentration for LiBaPO4 : Eu^2+ was investigated. The results showed that adding boric acid as flux effectively improved the photoluminescent intensity of LiBaPO4 : Eu^2+.
