摘　　要：财政支农是国家对农业投入的重要渠道。现阶段我国财政支农规模不断扩大,但其总规模仍偏小,稳定性较差,其结构不合理未得到较大改进。应继续扩大财政支农规模,充分发挥其积极推动作用;按照公共财政的要求,优化财政支农结构;加快财政支农政策转型,从相机抉择到以"自动稳定器"为主的二者兼备。Budgetary expenditure for agriculture （BEA） is the most important investing way for supporting agriculture. Currently, the scale of BEA is increasing especially in recent years but is still insufficient,and its growth is unstable. Its construction is obviously incompatible and does not have any improvement for a long time. BEA has the remarkable promotion to the agricultural development for a long time. The meaning of its policy is that the policy＇s property of BEA belongs to the policy of discretion rather than automatic stabilizer. Put forward the policy proposals such as the transition of policy.
