下腔静脉后输尿管16例报告

摘　　要：目的提高下腔静脉后输尿管的诊治水平。方法行静脉路肾盂造影（IVU），输尿管逆行造影（RU）或磁共振尿路造影（MRU）等检查，特征性影像学表现为右输尿管呈反J形或S形。治疗采用输尿管切断复位矫正术，术中切除下腔静脉后受压输尿管2～3Cm，无张力吻合输尿管。结果15例矫正术后复查IVU提示右肾积水缓解，肾功能正常、吻合口通畅，临床症状消失。结论IVU和RU是诊断下腔静脉后输尿管的首选方法。输尿管切断复位是治疗此病较好的方法。Objective To study the diagnosis and therapy of circumcaval ureter. Methods The diagnosis of this disease depends on imaging examtions, such as mtravenous urograpny （ IVU）, retrogradure terophy （RU） or MRurograpy（ MRU）, showed right hydronephosis with reveised＂ J shaped＂ or＂S shaped＂ ureter. Surgical operation was used to treat this disease. The comtpressed retrocaval portion of ureter was reseeted and end-end amastomosis was performed antenor to the vena cava. Results 15 cases have been,followed up by IVU and ultrasonography,and no nephrohydrosis or stenosis of the amastomosis site has been noted. Conclusion IVU and RU are the cardinal means for the diagnosis op circumcaval ureter, segmental resestion of the ureter with end-toend stomosis is the ideal procedure for the treatment of this disease.
