摘  要:根据光交换网络中光逻辑FET-SEED灵巧像元器件光窗分布的要求,设计制作了一种具有非等间距光点列阵的位相计算全息光栅,采用波长为0.85μm的半导体激光器作泵浦光源,光点列阵数为16×16,组内光点间距与组间光点间距之比为14,光强抑制比小于3%。A kind of phase computer generated grating with non equal distance spot arrays was designed and fabricated according to the needs of the window distribution of the FET SEED smart pixel device in optical switching network. A semiconductor laser diode with wavelength of 0.85 μm was used as the pumping light source. The number of spot arrays is 16×16 with the ratio of the spot distances being 1∶4. The ratio of the constrained spot light indensity to the required one was less than 3%.
