摘　　要：在制度变迁理论、"经济空间理论"、系统论的理论基础上,构建"组织空间理论"的基本模型,引申出两个重要推论:政府管制与民营经济变迁过程具有关联性、市场组织在学习机制和压力机制的作用下进行渗透。应用温州民营经济发展的经验事实,检验"组织空间理论"的理论解释效力,说明"组织空间"和"市场环境空间"的演变规律。On the base of the theory of institutional transition and the hypothesis about economic organization＇s developing space, we build up the theoretical model of organization＇s developing space. Two conclusions have been given： there is connection between government administration and the evolution of Chinese private economy, and the function of the market has made under the press and learning mechanism. By using the practical experience of the development of private economy in Wenzhou, we verify the explaining ability of the the hypothesis about economic organization＇s developing space, illuminate the evloving rule of organization＇s developing space and market circumstance space.
