摘　　要：讨论了红外热象仪对裂解分馏塔积焦的测试方法，经数学处理，获得了塔底积焦时外壁二维温度场及其热象特征，以及积焦程度与工艺操作的关系。A measurement method of coke accumulation at the bottom of fractionator by thermovision was presented. The temperature distribution in two dimensions, and the thermographical characteristics on the outer surface of the fractionator and coke accumulating were measured. The relationship between the intensiveness of coke accumulation and operation procedure was discussed.
