渐进改革视野下金融体制与货币运行机制的关联

摘　　要：金融体制与货币运行之间具有逻辑因果关系,体制改革的目标模式会引领货币运行的走向,也对货币运行机制是否健全、货币运行能否稳健和高效具有决定性作用。我国金融体制改革实行渐进式的分步改革.采取了先体制内改革、后体制外生成,从单一计划轨道迈向计划与市场双轨并行、再向市场化并轨的改革路径。这一金融改革独特的"中国模式"顺利实现了金融改革中的发展和金融发展中的改革。保证了货币总量在高速增长中运行轨迹的平稳转换。The interrelation of financial system evolution and monetary operation is that institution system evolution will impact currency diverse,and influence its stability,efficiency of its operation. Chinese financial reform was implemented step by step, which begun from inner system to outer system, from simplex planned-economy to part market economy, and in the end, to tatal market ecnomy. The unique Chinese model of financial reform ensure financial development, and the steady transition of monetary gross during rapid growing.
