摘  要:研究Fe2(SO4)3对竹炭进行表面改性的工艺以及除氟机理。改性实验方法为采用硫酸铁浸泡竹炭,以对氟离子的去除作为目标函数进行研究。研究结果表明:当溶液中Fe2(SO4)3质量浓度为5g/L,pH值为2.43,温度为30℃,改性搅拌时间为7h时,氟离子去除率达到91.7%;改性前后竹炭的官能团未发生较大变化,仅C—O键伸缩振动有一定程度的增强;其除氟机理主要是氟离子与载入竹炭内的铁离子发生配位反应,从而提高了除氟能力。The surface modification process and mechanism analysis of bamboo charcoals with Fe2(SO4)3 solution were carried out. The results show that the highest removal rate of F^- is 91.7% under the conditions as follows: mass concentration of Fe2(SO4)3 is 5 g/L, pH value is 2.34, temperature is 25 ℃ and stirring time is 7 h. The infrared spectral analysis indicates that the function corps of bamboo charcoals have not changed a lot after modification, but the flex and vibration of C-O bond have obviously been enhanced. The mechanism of fluoride removal relies on the adsorption of F^- onto Fe^3+ and forms coordination compound with Fe^3+. As a result, it holds a certain capability of fluoride removal.
