摘  要:本文报道了氚水(HTO)照射妊娠大鼠对仔鼠脑发育影响的实验结果。采用脑细胞计数技术,观察了大鼠出生前受氚水照射后其大脑锥体细胞数的改变情况。实验结果表明,以恒定放射性浓度的氚水喂养妊娠大鼠(两组21天龄仔鼠累积剂量分别为0.36—0.47Gy 和1.53—2.02Gy)或给妊娠大鼠单次腹腔注入氚水(两组19天龄仔鼠受照剂量分别为0.59和0.56Gy),皆可导致仔鼠大脑锥体细胞数明显少于对照值(p<0.01);而且脑神经元细胞在其增殖的最活跃时期对氚水照射尤为敏感。The influences of exposure of pregnant rats to HTO on the development of brain of their offsprings are reported.Thechange in the number of pyramidal cells in cerebral cortex afterpre-natal exposure to HTO was observed by a technique for countingcerebral cells.The experimental results indicated that in comparisonwith controls,there is a significant decrease(P<0.01)in number ofcerebral cells in young rats when the pregnant rats were bred withHTO at a coustant activity(for this period the cumulative doses for21-day-old young rats in two groups were estimated to be 0.36—0.47Gy and 1.53—2.02 Gy,respectively)or were intraperiloneally injectedwith a single dose of HTO(in this case the cumalative doses for19-day-old young rats were estimated to be 0.59 Gy and 0.56 Gy,respectively).It was also shown that in the phase of active proliferationcerebral cells are more sensitive to exposure to HTO.
