摘 要:文章报道了抗虫木麻黄的水培苗出根率与穗条的关系、如何提高抗虫木麻黄种源水培出根率以及在福建沿海营建示范林等试验结果。2年抗虫C44木麻黄种源无性系与2年惠1无性系间的穗条出根率差异显著,惠1平均57.3%,而C44种源平均仅8.3%;但抗虫C44的2年实生苗穗条平均出根率达90%。1年采穗圃中采取的天然杂交、速生抗虫种源苗木穗条比原有抗虫种源穗条平均出根率提高5倍,2年幼林高生长提高50%。5年来培育出木麻黄抗虫种源苗木和抗性优良无性系苗木共495万多株;营造木麻黄抗性优良水培苗示范林23.3 hm2,主要蛀干害虫平均虫株率仅为1.6%;推广二代更新木麻黄防护林80 hm2,造林2 a之后,推广林的高生长平均达3.2 m,平均保存率在88%以上,虫株率平均为1.3%,取得了良好的效果。The relationship between the rooting-rate and the scions of the water-cultured seedling of the insect-resistant Casuarina equisetifolia, how to improve its rooting-rate, and the experiment result of building the demonstration forest in coast of Fujian were reported in this paper. The cutting rooting-rate difference between the 2-year-old C44 and the Hui; was remarkable,the average rooting-rate is 57.3% ,while the C44 is 8.3% ;the rooting-rate of 2-year-old cuttings is up to 90%. The rooting-rate of the fast-grow & insect-resistant scions cut from the natural hybridization of Casuarina equisetifolia increases sixfold than the intrinsic, and the height growth of 2-year-old young forest increases by 50%. And the total plants of the insectresistant Casuarina equisetifolia seedlings and superior, fastness, clones are more than 4.95 million in the past 5 years. The average percentage of insect-infected main stem borers is only 1.6% ; And built 23.3 hm^2 the demonstration forest ; area of popularizing the second generation for Casuarina equisetifolia protection forest is 80 km^2. The average height growth of the popularizing fastness trees of Casttarina equisetifolia is 3.2 In, the average presenting rate is up to 88%, the average percentage of insect-infected trees is 1.3% and obtains good effect.
