正常人手温的昼夜变化规律与不同个体手温变化幅度的观察

摘　　要：对４０例正常人群的手温，进行３２人观测，并分析其变化规律，发现凌晨６点为最低峰值，午后１６点达最高峰值，峰值之间差异显著，但上升８：００￣１２：００手温基本恒定，以３５℃分界，观测了低手温组和高手温组的手温差异，结果显示不同人群手温值有一定差异，提示：正常人的手温变化时间与生理代谢有一定的关系，手温的变化与体温变化规律是基本一致的，不同个体手温出现差异也是符合人体生理学和生物规律的。Observing and testing hand -temperature of 32 cases from 40 cases of normal people and analyzing the change regularity,we found the lowest peak value at 6 am and the highest peak value at 4 pm.There is a significant difference between peak values.But from 8 am to 12 am the hand -temperature almost constant. We also observed the difference between low hand - temperatur group (< 35℃) and high hand-temperature group (> 35℃). The result showed: there is certain difference.It indicated: hand temperature change time of normal people has relation with physiology metabolism.The regularity of hand -temerature basically con sistents with body - temperature, and difference of hand - temperature with every individual is also accord with man 's physiololgy and biological regulation.The article raised the normal range of hand -temperature. It is worth of reference for clinical nursing work.
