西洋参在中药口服制剂中的优化提取及合理利用

摘　　要：本文对西洋参在口服制剂中的提取工艺及其合理利用进行优化选择，以西洋参总皂甙提取量为评价指标，对回流、冷浸、渗漉3种提取方式进行比较，并利用正交设计法进行试验，结果表明，以70％乙醇回流提取3次，每次2小时，溶剂用量是药材量10倍为最佳条件，同时对西洋参多糖的利用提出试验依据。This paper reports the choice of optimun extracting procedure and rational use of Radix Panacis Quinguefolii in oral preparation of Chinese materia medica.Taking the total saponin as parameter,we compared three extracting modes,i.e,reflux,cold infusion and percolation,with orthonal design method.The results showed that the best extracting condition was refluxing 2 hours for three times with 70% alcohol of tenfold to herb in weight.This study provided a basis for extracting polysaccharide from Radix Panacis Quinguefolii as well.
