摘 要:采用CFD模拟软件Fluent 6.2提供雷诺应力模型(RSM),对焚化炉用旋风除尘器内部流场进行三维稳态数值模拟;计算并分析了除尘器内部压力场与速度场分布特点,并与实验数据相比较,模拟结果与实验数据基本吻合。数值模拟结果表明:随入口速度提高,旋风除尘器分离效率和压力损失同样增大;在除尘器内部,存在短路流以及返混夹带等影响除尘器性能的流动现象。通过对影响除尘器性能的内部流动进行分析,为进一步优化结构提供参考依据。The three- dimension flow field in cyclone separator was simulated by using Reynolds stress model (RSM) with Fluent 6.2. The velocity distribution and pressure profile were analyzed in detail, and the CFD simulation results agree with the experimental data well. The numerical results indicate that the pressure drop and collection efficiency in cyclone increased with the increase of inlet velocity. There appears the short circulating flow, entrainment flow and other secondary eddy flow, which has reverse effect on collection performance of cyclone separator. Moreover the study is helpful both for understanding the flow mechanism in the cyclone separator and for its further improvement.
