摘　　要：近年来,我国秸秆加工机械迅猛发展,但揉碎机仍存在着一些问题,满足不了畜牧业的发展需要。因此,加快发展秸秆加工机具、提高机具生产率、降低能耗成为重要问题之一。为此,通过对9R-40型揉碎机的分析,在原机的基础上加装喂入装置,对喂入装置的主要工作部件的结构进行合理的分析和确定,并对其工作参数进行了选择和计算,为以后开展试验提供参考。In recent years, the machinery of straw processing has developed rapidly in China, but because of many problems still exist in rubber, it can not satisfy the needs of the development of animal husbandry. Therefore, accelerating the development of straw processing equipment, increasing productivity, decreasing energy consumption have become one of the important problems. The paper adds an feeding device basing on the original engine by the analysis of 9 R -40 rubber ., though the reasonable analysis and determination the structure of the main working parts of rubber, selection and calculation the work parameters, provides the reference for the latter experiment.
