摘　　要：全人类共同利益的提出对传统国际法基础理论产生冲击。它体现了国际社会新形势的客观要求,改变了国际法的本位观,并成为现代国际法的目的性价值取向。维护全人类共同利益是和谐世界构建的重要组成。Common interest of whole mankind effects basic principles of international law largely. It reflects objective requirements of new situations in international society and changes the view of standards in international law. Common interest of whole mankind is becoming the end value of international law. The protection of common interest of whole mankind is very important for the building of harmonious world.
