摘　　要：随着市场经济体制的逐步完善,我国的工程建设由概预算定额确定造价,逐步走向以定额为指导,通过市场竞争形成工程造价的模式。合理地编制企业内部定额,对于施工企业提高中标率、强化成本核算、提高经济效益有着十分重要的意义。In China, Along with the market economy system is gradually perfect, Once the cost of construction is estimated by budget quotas. Now, according to guidance of budget quota, it gradually forms the mode of construction cost by market competitions. Thus, we must correctly make budget quotas. It is highly important that construction corporations improves cost accounting, enhances cost accounting and increases economic efficiency.
