摘  要:采用贫营养培养基,从运行多年的生物除铁除锰水厂的跌水曝气池壁上筛选获得了生物除铁除锰菌种MSB-4。16SrDNA的测序表明,菌株MSB-4为金黄杆菌属,同源性为99%。MSB-4是具有除铁除锰功能的好氧菌,具有异染颗粒、类脂粒,易形成菌胶团。除锰最适温度为8—12℃,最适pH值为8,少量的Fe^2+对Mn^2+的去除具有明显的促进作用。在模拟高锰高铁地下水环境(即水温为12℃,pH值为7.5,Mn^2+和Fe^2+的初始浓度分别为5.6mg/L和14mg/L)中,菌株MSB-4于48h内对Mn^2+的去除率达94.44%,对Fe^2+的去除率达90%。该工程菌株的获得将为高效生物除锰滤池的构建,及生物除铁除锰水厂的快速启动提供有力的技术支持。Using poor nutrient culture media, a highly effective engineering strain MSB-4 for biological removal of iron and manganese was isolated from the wall of aeration tank in a water treatment plant with biological removal of iron and manganese which has operated for many years. The result of 16S rDNA sequencing shows that the MSB-4 belongs to Chryseobacterium, and the homology is 99%. The MSB-4 is an aerobe, has metaehromatic granules and lipid granules, and easily forms zoogloea. The optimal temperature for manganese removal is 8 to 12 ℃, and the optimal pH value is 8. A small quantity of Fe^2+ can promote Mn^2+ removal. When simulating the high iron and manganese groundwater conditions, that is, 12 ℃, pH of 7.5 and the initial concentration of Mn^2+ and Fe^2+ being 5.6 mg/L and 14 mg/L respectively, the removal rates of Mn^2+ and Fe^2+ are 94.44% and 90% respectively within 48 h. The isolation of MSB-4 provides the powerful technical support for the construction of highly effective filter for biological manganese removal, and for the fast startup of water treatment plants with biological removal of iron and manganese.
