摘 要:在常规MBR的基础上增加水解区及泥水回流装置,并将其用于处理高氨氮生活污水。结果表明,当原水氨氮浓度为75—115mg/L时,出水氨氮浓度〈5mg/L,出水水质满足《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T18920-2002)的要求;改良MBR可明显提高对氨氮的去除效果,在进水流量为1411L/d的条件下,对氨氮的去除率可从60%左右提高至95%以上;此工艺运行成本为1.10元/m^3,低于自来水的现行价格。The hydrolysis zone and sludge recycle device were added based on the conventional MBR. The modified MBR was used to treat high ammonia nitrogen sewage. When the ammonia nitrogen concentration in the raw sewage is 75 to 115 mg/L, the effluent.ammonia nitrogen concentration is less than 5 mg/L, and the effluent quality reaches the requirement of Reuse of Urban Recycling Water - Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption (GB/T 18920 -2002). The modified MBR can improve the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen significantly, and the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen can be improved from 60% to more than 95% under the condition of influent flow of 1 411 L/d The operation cost is 1.10 yuan/m^3 , which is lower than the current price of tap water.
