摘　　要：通过对我国公共住宅现状的分析,尝试采用市场过滤的手段以及梯级消费的理念对我国公共住宅中的问题进行解决,对公共住宅进行更进一步的合理配置,从而达到资源利用最大有效化。By the analysis of the current situation of the public residence in China, the paper tries to adopt the market filtering measure and the laddering consumption thinking to solve the problems in the public residence, to have a further reasonable distribution of the public residence, so as to realize the maximizing effect of the resources.
