摘　　要：头痛是临床颇为常见的病证。气候异常变化常可诱发头痛,文章结合《素问》运气七篇大论及相关医案,阐释和分析了外感因素在头痛证发病过程中所起的作用。Headache is a common disease in clinical, abnormity of climate doubles risk of headache. We systematize the yun-qi theory about the disease in Suwen, at the same time, give some medical record ,analyze the role of outside factors in the cause of headache.
