黄连解毒汤及其提取部位益智作用

摘　　要：黄连解毒汤煎剂及其石油醚和正丁醇萃取后的水层液，灌胃２０ ｇ·ｋｇ－１，对东莨菪碱致记忆获得障碍，ＮａＮＯ_２致记忆巩固障碍，乙醇致记忆再现障碍小鼠有显著改善作用；并能显著增加脑血流量，煎剂和萃取后的水层液，灌胃 １５ｇ·ｋｇ－１对脑缺血再灌注致记忆障碍小鼠有显著改善作用，灌胃１０ ｇ·ｋｇ－１对Ｄ－半乳糖致衰老小鼠的记忆障碍改善作用明显．The detoxicant decoction of Coptis (Huanglian Jiedu Tang, a decoction made by a prescription of Chinese drugs) and the aqueous solution which was extracted from the decoction by petroleum ether and n-BuoH have obvious effects on the mice of the memory-obtaining bal caused by Scopolamine,the mice of memory-consolidating barrier caused by NaNO_2, the mice of memory-reappearing barrier caused by alcogol (ig 20 g·kg^-1), the mice of memory-barrier caused by cerebral ischemia - reperfusion (ig 15 g.kg^-1) and the senile mice of memory - barrier of caused by D - Galaetose (ig 10 g·kg^-1). They can also increase the brain blood flow of mice (ig 20 g·kg-1).
