145例自身免疫病患者RF滴度与型别分析

摘　　要：本文采用乳胶凝集法ELISA法测定了145例自身免疫病患者（分6组）及34例正常人血清中RF的滴度及IgM、IgA、IgG3种型别。结果显示各疾病组IgM、IgA－RF均高于正常人；IgG－RF除硬皮病、PM／DM外，其他各组亦高于正常人。RA患者3种RF平行增高；SS患者以IgM－RF升高为主。RF滴度对RA的特异性随滴度（1：320以上）增高而增强。曲线拟合分析显示RF滴度能够反应IgM－RF的水平。We assessed rheumatoid factor (RF) titer by latex agglutination test, and IgM-RF. IgA-RF, IgG-RF by enzyme-linkedeimmunosorbent assay(ELISA) in the sera of 145 cases with autoimmune diseases and 34normal controls.145 patients were divided into to 6 groups, such as rheumatioidrarthritis(RA),scleroderma,polymyositis/dermatomyositis (PM /DM ), etc. The results indicated that the levels of IgM-RF,I-gA-RF in all patient groups were highr that those of the normal group,so did the level of IgG-RF except the groups of scleroderma and PM/DM. The levels of IgM-RF, IgA-RF and IgG-RF were all increased in the patients with RF, and in the patients with Sjogren syndrome the level of IgM-RF was mainly increased. Along with the elevation of RF titer the specificity of RF to RA increased. Curve fitting analysis showed that RF titer could reflect the level of IgM-RF.
