摘 要:以叔丁基氢过氧化物攻击小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞为损伤模型,观察了不同途径云芝多糖处理对小鼠巨噬细胞泡沫样变性和坏死的保护作用。云芝多糖准胃处理的小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞能抑制活性氧导致的泡沫样变,并延长生存时间。正常腹腔巨噬细胞经与云芝多糖处理小鼠的血清预孵后,亦表现同样的保护作用。提示云芝多糖的抗活性氧损伤作用并非腹腔注射时直接刺激巨噬细胞的结果,云芝多糖口服具有保护作用。Using the injury model from murine peritoneal macrophages attacked by active oxygen,we studied the effect of polysaccharide Krestin (PSK) given in different ways on foam cell formation and necrosis of macrophages,and found that the macrophages treated with PSK orally were relatively normal and the amount of survival cells was higher than that of control group. Moreover,normal macrophages incubated with the plasma of PSK treated mice also exhibited the same result. These results suggested that the antiactive oxygen effect of PSK may not be the result of direct stimulation to the macrophages. Furthermore,these results provided expremental basis for its clinical usage.
