摘  要:目的:探讨颅脑外伤不同伤情与伤后不同时间胰岛素和胰岛素受体结合率的变化规律。方法:雄性SD大鼠80只,随机分为轻、中、重型颅脑伤及对照组共4组,液压致伤。分别在伤后6,24,72h处死动物,测定血液中胰岛素和红细胞膜上胰岛素受体的变化。结果:轻型和中型颅脑伤组红细胞胰岛素受体结合率均升高,但在重型颅脑伤大鼠,胰岛素受体结合率反而显著下降。全部颅脑伤大鼠的血液红细胞胰岛素受体结合率,在伤后6和24h均非常显著地升高,轻型和中型颅脑伤在伤后72h与对照组差别不大,但在重型颅脑伤伤后72h显著降低。中型颅脑伤导致的胰岛素含量非常显著地升高,而轻型和重型颅脑伤对胰岛素含量的影响不大。颅脑伤后不同时间大鼠的血液胰岛素含量,轻型颅脑伤组均与对照组差别不显著,中型和重型颅脑伤组伤后6,24h升高非常显著;但在伤后72h则显著低于对照组,尤其是重型颅脑伤组,在72h时非常显著地降低。结论:颅脑伤后的高血糖,并非是由于胰岛素含量的降低所造成,也不是由于胰岛素受体数目减少所致,而很可能是由于血液中胰岛素、细胞膜胰岛素受体结合活性下降所引起。Objective: To study the changes in blood insulin and insulin receptor(IR) binding rates of RBC in rats after brain injury(BI). Methods: Eighty male rats were divided into 4 groups, including 3 groups of BI(light, medium, severe) and control group. All rats were killed 6,24 and 72 h after BI and their blood insulin and IR binding rates were determined. Results: The IR binding rates of RBC in rats increased markedly in the light and medium groups, but decreased markedly in the severe one. The IR binding rates of RBC in rats increased markedly in all groups at 24 h , and decreased markedly in the severe groups at 72 h after BI. The blood insulin increased markedly in the medium group and only little changes occurred in the light and severe groups. No differences of insulin was observed in the light group but it highly increased in the medium and severe groups at 24 h after BI. Blood insulin decreased markedly at 72 h in the severe group. Conclusion: The high level of blood sugar is probably caused by decreased insulin activities but not by decreased blood insulin contents and IR on cell membrane.
