摘　　要：建筑师以5个“可持续性“要点为基础来设计该项目：（1）自然通风；（2）可减少热量损失的墙体和屋顶具有所要求的保温隔热层：（3）可用于灌溉的废水循环系统；（4）采用以工业化和干式建筑系统为基础的材料和体系；（5）减少工地废弃物和残留。The architects presented the project based on 5 points of ＂sustainability＂： （1） A configuration and an implantation that allows a natural ventilation; （2） the required thermal insulation in walls and roof that reduces the heat lost; （3） a system of recycling waste water to be used for irrigation; （4） certain materials and building systems based on industrialization and dry building system; （5） reduction of the production of waste and leftovers on building site.
