苍耳子中总蒽醌的含量测定

摘　　要：以醋酸镁-甲醇液为显色剂,分光光度法测定苍耳子中总蒽醌的含量。对照品在0.63×10-2-1.88×10-2mg/ml范围内,吸光度值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),回归方程为A=0.0210+0.4257 C,样品平均回收率为101.44%,RSD为0.70%,(n=3)。A method for the determination of anthraquinone in Fructus Xanthii was established, which was based on differential spectrophotometry with magnesium aeetate-methanolas developer. The regression equation is A = 0. 0210 ＋ 0. 4257 C, in the range of 0. 63 x 10-2-1.88 x 10^-2 mg/ml with a good linearity （ r = 0. 9993 ） between the absorbance and concentration. The averagereeovery was 101.4% , with RSD of 0.70% （n =3）.
