摘  要:针对机柜在车载环境中受到冲击载荷的作用产生疲劳破坏,在分析车载机柜结构特点和材料力学性能的基础上,建立了车载机柜结构的有限元模型。对模型提取了前41阶自振频率,确定了机柜的第一和第二阶模态振型。利用ANSYS软件对机柜进行了模态分析、半正弦波冲击响应分析和后峰锯齿波冲击响应分析,结果表明该机柜的强度满足要求。The cabinet comes to be tired and destroy when it is effected by collision in loading situation. Aiming at this, finite element model of cabinet is created for vehicle structure based on analyzing its structure characteristics and its material mechanics performance. In the model the preceding 41 ranks self-oscillate frequency are refined, confirm the first and the second rank oscillation types of cabinet. Using the software ANSYS, the mode of cabinet is analyzed,responsed to semi sine wave impact and response to hinder sawtooth wave impact. As result,the strength of cabinet can meet the requirements.
