摘　　要：如何能把市郊住宅的光鲜亮丽与紧张密集的城市生活结合起来呢？山形住宅是VM住宅的二期工程——同一个客户、同样的大小，相同的街道，但是该项目三分之二是停车场区域．三分之一是居住区域。试想一下，如果把停车场作为建筑的底部基础，而上面是退台式住宅会是怎样？就如同一个被薄薄一层住宅覆盖的钢筋混凝土山坡，住宅从10层一直延伸到街道边缘。How do you combine the splendours of the suburban backyard with the social intensity of urban density？ The Mountain Dwellings is the 2nd generation of the VM Houses - same client, same size and same street.
