摘　　要：经济全球化是世界经济发展中不可逆转的趋势，其影响日益广泛而深刻。为研究全球化经济中的各种理论与实践问题，抓住机遇，趋利避害，加快发展，必须建立“全球经济学”学科，这是一项十分紧迫的任务。Abstract The economic globalization is an irreversible trend of world economic development and its impacts are growing wider and deeper. With the view to study the various theories and practices of economic globalization and in order to grasp the chances of advantages, evade the perils and hasten development it is an imperative task to establish the discipline of “global economics”.
