摘 要:[目的]研究绿斑病对夏橙叶片膜脂过氧化的影响。[方法]以盆栽的2年生奥林达夏橙为试材,测定叶片膜透性、MDA、SOD、POD、CAT。[结果]轻度病叶对叶片的膜脂过氧化无显著影响,中度病叶和重度病叶显著增加了叶片中MDA含量和膜透性,降低了叶片中CATS、OD和POD含量。[结论]绿斑病藻大量寄生后引起夏橙叶片中细胞活性氧清除系统功能的降低,可能导致细胞内活性氧积累,进而引起膜脂过氧化发生和膜系统受损。[Objective] The green leaf spot disease affecting the lipid oxidation in Valencia orange leaf was 'analyzed. [Method] The 2-year-old Valencia orange grown in pot were taken as experimental material,the membrane permeability,MDA,SOD,POD and CAT of leaf was determined. [Results] The light disease had not the significant effect on lipid pemxidation of leaf and the moderate and severe disease raised significantly the contain of MDA and mem- brane permeability of leaf and reduced the contain of lower CAT, SOD and POD in leaf. [ Conclusion] The algae of green leaf spot disease hosted on Valencia orange leaf caused the reduction of the function in the clearance system of living cell' s oxygen of Valencia orange,which resulted in the accumulation of the reactive oxygen in cell, so that the lipid pemxidation and membrane damaged could be led to.
