蜜环菌液对天麻试管快繁的影响

摘　　要：试验以天麻种子萌发形成的小米麻为材料,利用正交设计研究了天麻外植体消毒方法和激素、蜜环菌液在天麻组织培养中的作用。结果表明,小米麻的最佳消毒程序为75%乙醇处理20 s+1%氯化汞浸泡5 min;最有利于小米麻分化增殖的培养基是MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.4 mg/L+蜜环菌液100 g/L。试验发现,蜜环菌液对天麻的组织培养具有良好的促进效果。The relationship between Armillaria mellea and Gastrodia elata is symbiotic. It was used in the tissue culturing of C, astrodia elata .Effect of Armillaria mellea extraction on the capacity of asexual reproduction of C, astrodia elata was studied in the work. The principle of the symbiotic relationship was discussed. The results showed that the best treatment process was to treat the plantlet of C, astrodia elata with 75 % ethanol for 20 seconds and 1% hydrargynun chloride for 5 min. The optimal medium was MS ＋ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L ＋ NAA 0.4 mg,/L ＋ 100 g/LA. mellea extraction. The results showed that the extraction of Armillaria mellea could improve the development of the Gostrodia elata ceils in tissue culture.
