摘 要:[目的]建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的方法,测定怀牛膝中铅、镉、汞、砷含量。[方法]优化ICP-MS的操作条件,将样品进行微波消解,以^114In作为内标,补偿基体效应,采用ICP-MS法同时测定上述4种元素。[结果]对于所测元素,标准曲线的相关系数r〉0.9995,回收率为96.7%~106.4%,RSD〈11.2%;样品测定结果表明,供试怀牛膝药材重金属超标现象较为严重、[结论]该研究建立的微波消解-ICP-MS法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,可为不同产地不同种类的中药材提供重金属含量的测定方法,用于中药材的质量控制、[ Objective] The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was constructed to determine the contents of Lead, Cadmium, Mercury and Arsenic in Arch)romhes bidentata Blume [ Method] Through the optimum operation of ICP-MS, the samples were digested by microwave. The element ^114 In was taken as an internal standard element to compensate body effect and ICP-MS method was used to detemaine the contents of Lead,Cadmium,Mercury and Arsenic. [Result] For the delermined elements, the correlation coefficient (r) of standard curve was over 0.999 5 and recovery tale was from 96.7 % to 106.4% while RSD was less than 11.2%. The result of determination showed that the heavy metal content in Arch3,ranthes bidentata Bhune beyond standard was serious. [ Conclusion ] The constructed ICP-MS method with sinrple operation, rapid response, aecuracy and high sensitMty in this experi- ment could be used for quality control of Chinese Medicinal Materials by detecting heavy metal contents in different Chinese Medicinal Materials from origi nal places.
