摘 要:[目的]研究生防细菌B296、B253对小麦纹枯病的防病效果。[方法]从土壤中筛选2株生防细菌(B296和B253),研究其对小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)的生物活性,并对其防病效果进行分析。[结过]结果表明,生防细菌B296、B253对小麦纹枯病菌的抑菌率分别达85.9%和83.8%。在灭菌土中,生防菌的防效要明显高于自然土中的防效,B296达57.96%,B253达69.43%。生防菌B296和B253田间试验防效分别为55.16%和37.05%。[结论]该研究为小麦纹枯病的防治提供理论依据。[Objective] The purpose was to study the effect of biocontrol bacteria B296 and B253 on wheat Rhizoctonia cerealis. [Methdo] B296 and B253 were isolated from soils through dilute plat to study biological activity of wheat Rhizoctonia cerealis and analyze preventing effect. [ Result]the results indicated that the inhibitation rate of B296 and B253 on wheat Rhizoctonia cerealis was 85.9 % and 83.8 %, respectively. The effect of biocontrol bacteria was better in sterile soil than in natural soil, biocontrol effects of B296 and B253 was 57.96% and 69.43%, respectively. In field, they were 55.16% and 37.05 %, respectively. [ Conclusion] This study will provide theoretical reference for control of wheat Rhizoctonia cerealis.
