俄罗斯极端民族主义思潮与“光头党”现象

摘　　要：近年来以"光头党"为主要表现形式的新纳粹主义思潮,是俄罗斯社会转型过程中传统的大俄罗斯民族主义朝向极端民族主义政治演进的结果。俄罗斯民族主义和极端民族主义的发展有着深刻的民族历史原因、社会现实原因及国际背景,在短期内是难以被遏制的。但俄罗斯并不存在法西斯兴风作浪的政治大环境,俄罗斯民族主义一旦摈弃极端民族主义成分,吸纳自立、自强和自信的民族爱国主义因素,将成为振兴俄罗斯的伟大精神力量。Neo -Nazism, with ＂ skinhead＂ as its representative, is the result of political evolution from traditional Russian nationalism to extreme nationalism during the social transformation in Russia. Due to the profound historical, social and global factors, the development of extreme nationalism can＇t be suppressed in a short period, however, the political environment in Russia can＇t nourish the Neo -Nazism either. By taking the elements of self - reliance, self - strength, and self - confidence in national patriotism instead of the part of extreme nationalism, Russian nationalism will be the great force in rejuvenating Russia.
