摘  要:在锂-二氧化锰电池中,电极的制备工艺对提高电极的电性能有着重要影响。采用涂布法,正极活性物质要求粒度D50<20μm,获得的电极成型性好,电极厚度可减小到200μm以下。采用涂布法制备的电极比压膜法制备的电极在电性能上最大输出功率提高1倍以上,电极活性物质在较大电流放电情况下利用率提高约30%。The process technology of cathode is important to the capability of the lithium manganese dioxide cell. To get an electrode with better performances, the coating technology was adopted. The particle size D50 of the positive materials must be controlled to be smaller than 20 μ m, thus the surface of electrodes would be smooth and the thickness is lower than 200 μ m. The electrodes were prepared by two methods: coating and pressing-film method. The maximal exported power of the former was more than two times larger than the latter, and the utilization factor of active material could be enhanced by 30% at high discharge rate.
