摘  要:主要研究了锌银电池化成制度对银电极老化后性能的影响。化成制度包括恒流充电、变电流充电、恒流充电后浅放一定的容量、卤素离子法、不对称交流充电和高温充电。并采用加速老化的方法,将实验银电极进行了加速老化处理。通过极化曲线测试、扫描电镜分析及实效放电等方法,分析了化成制度对银电极老化后性能的影响,主要包括电压、容量等,为锌银电池干贮存性能的提高提供一定的技术贮备。The effect of the formation regimes on the performance after aging of silver electrode for silver-zinc battery was studied. The formation regimes include constant current charge, variation current charge, shallow discharge after charge, halogen ion method, asymmetric alternating current charge, high temperature charge. Moreover, silver electrodes were studied after accelerative aging. A great deal of contrast experimentations were carried out, for example, polarization curve, the SEM analysis, actual discharging and so on. By these data, the effect of the formation regimes on the performance after aging of the silver electrodes was analyzed. The effect involved the voltage, the cell capacity and so on. The technology reservior about the advance of the performances behind reserve of silver-zinc battery was provided.
