摘 要:在小试基础上,以北方城市污水处理厂混合污泥为处理对象,研究了中试规模中温(35℃)两相厌氧消化工艺的启动性能及运行效果.结果表明,在启动过程中,初沉污泥与剩余污泥按1:1比例混合有助于提高处理效率;当水力停留时间(HRT)为10d,VS容积负荷为2.15kg/(m3·d)时,系统VS去除率达36%左右,相应产甲烷相的比产甲烷活性(SMA)约为0.31L/(g·d);系统运行约60d,产酸相VFA浓度稳定在1600~2000mg/L.经产甲烷相消化后,VFA浓度稳定在300~500mg/L;产甲烷相pH值保持在6.8~7.2,有利于产甲烷菌生长.Based on the laboratory scale experiment and mixed sludge from municipal wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) in the north of China, the start-up and operation efficiency of pilot-scale mesophilic(35℃) two-phase anaerobic digestion of mixed sludge were examined. The ratio of 1:1 for primary sludge and waste sludge was favorable to increasing the digestion efficiency during the start-up. The volatile solid (VS) removal efficiency was 36% when the influent organic loading rate (OLR) was held at 2.15 kg/(m^3·d) and the total hydraulic retention time (HRT) was 10 days. Correspondingly, the specific methanogenic activity (SMA) for methanogenic phase was 0.31 L/(g·d). During the operation time of 60 days, the volatile fally acid (VFA) concentration in acidogenic phase stabilized in the range of 1600 to 2000 mg/L, and that in the methanogenic phase stabilized in the range of 300 to 500mg/L. The pH value of methanogenic phase was between 6.8 and 7.2, which was favorable for the growth ofmethanogenic microorganism.
