摘　　要：按照项目研发的规划,在线专利分析软件分成三个子系统开发。前期基于特征项和指标项的子系统的研发初步完成,为了检验软件应用效果并为后续研究提供依据,选择以中兴通讯的专利分析为例,利用自主研发的软件,从自身实力、行业环境、竞争对手三个方面进行专利信息研究,并通过在线专利分析软件的应用达到考察企业技术创新性和竞争性的目的。According to the plan of project research and development, Online patent analysis software is divided into three sub - system. Early, subsystems based on the characteristics and indexes are completed, in order to test software applications effect and provide the basis for follow - up study. On the basis of the previous papers, this paper choses patent analysis of ZTE communication corporation as an example, uses the software of independent research and development, researched patent information from corporation competitiveness, industry environment and competitors. Through the application of online patent analysis software, the paper achieves the goals of inspection of enterprises in technological innovation and competition.
