摘　　要：改革开放30年是中国合作社由集体所有制经济组织向着本来意义的合作社开始回归的30年,是中国的合作社立法逐步回归本来意义的合作社的30年。上世纪80年代初—90年代初,合作社改革起步,合作社立法试图走出集体所有制的误区;上世纪90年代初—本世纪初,合作社获得初步发展,立法开始向本来意义的合作社回归;本世纪初至今,农民专业合作社迅速发展,合作社立法初步回归到本来意义的合作社。未来合作社立法将在回归的路上继续走下去。China＇ s 30 years＇ opening-up and reform has witnessed the rehiabilitation of collectively-owned economic organizations to the co-operatives （co-ops） in their original meanings and has also seen the gradual rehabilitation of legislation on those co-ops. From early 1980s to early 1990s when co-ops had a start in reform, legislation tried to redress the misunderstanding of collective ownership. Between early 1990s and the first part of this century when co-ops gained their primary development, legislation began to shift its direction close to the original meaning of co-ops. Between early this century up to date, especially when farmers＇ special co-ops have picked up the speed, legislation is basically covering them in their real meanings. The future legislation on co-ops is expected to step onto the same road for further rehabilitation of the very meaning.
