摘　　要：文章引入了图书馆文化管理的概念,分析了图书馆文化管理的内涵特征,阐述了信息环境下图书馆实行文化管理的必要性以及图书馆文化管理实施的基本要素。参考文献5。This paper introduces the concept of library cultural management, analyzes its connotation features, expounds the necessity to implement library cultural management under information circumstances as well as the basic elements of the implementation of the cultural management. 5 refs.
