摘　　要：知识链管理是促进知识共享和知识创新的有效知识管理方法,旨在提高组织的核心竞争力。文章在现有知识链研究的基础上,将知识链管理运用到图书馆的业务流程中,建立了基于业务流程的知识链管理体系。参考文献6。The knowledge chain management is a kind of effective method to promote knowledge sharing and innovation and its aim is to improve the core competiveness of the organization. Based on the present research on knowledge chain, this paper applies the knowledge chain management to the library business process and constructs the knowledge chain management system on the basis of business process. 6 refs.
