摘　　要：21世纪,人类社会面临知识经济信息网络化的急剧变革,使得我国高校图书馆的管理模式也正在发生重大变革。高校义务馆员管理中心应运而生,它创建了一套崭新的管理机制、人才资源的激励机制。文章主要围绕高校图书馆义务馆员的管理体制、模式,其实现技术以及人性化服务中人员的管理和激励作一深入探讨。参考文献1。In the 21st century, with the coming of network infonnation age, a great change of the management pattern in our country＇ s academic libraries occurs. The voluntary librarian management center of higher education institutions emergs just as the times, which established a set of new management mechanism and talent resource encouraging mechanism. This paper discusses the main themes upon the management mechanism, pattern and implementation technique of voluntary librarian system and the personnel management and encouragement in personified services. 1 ref.
