摘　　要：目的探讨对有上腹部手术史者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC）的可行性及手术特点。方法回顾性分析我院1994年4月-2008年5月对有上腹部手术史的580例行LC的临床资料。结果本组成功完成手术528例，手术成功率为91．0％；中转开腹52例，中转率为9．0％。全部病人痊愈出院，无术后并发症发生。结论对有上腹部手术史的病人可常规行LC。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and character of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） in patients with previous upper abdominal operation. Methods The clinical data of 580 LC operations in patient with history of upper abdominal surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results LC was successfully performed in 528 patients with the successful rate being 91.0%. Fifty-two（9.0%） cases were converted to open cbolecystectomies. All patients recovered without any complications. Conclusion LC may be performed usually in the patients with history of upper abdominal operation.
