摘　　要：IVI-COM仪器驱动程序是LXI仪器的重要组成部分;基于仪器驱动程序的发展历程研究了SCPI、VISA、IVI规范及其发展必然,重点是IVI-COM驱动程序的设计原理,并利用Nimbus软件工具设计了IVI-COM驱动程序.最后给出了IVI-COM的应用示例;测试及应用结果表明,所设计的IVI-COM驱动程序功能正确,具有互换性;将有助于LXI标准仪器的开发应用。IVI-COM instrument driver is one of most important work to design LXI instrument. This paper researched on the norms of SCPI. VISA. IVI and its inevitability, focused on design principle of IVI COM, used Nimbus design tools to development instrument driver and provided the application case of IVI-COM at last. Test and application indicated the correctness and compatibility of IVI-COM driver. This paper will help LXI s＇tandard equipment development and application.
