摘　　要：中国农村人力资源具备量的优势,但质的构成不高。从人力资源到人力资本的实现,实际上是一个量变到质变的过程。本文拟从劳动力素质、市场和资本三方面对人力资本的实现进行探讨。The rural human resource is advantageous i n quantity in China, though the quality formation of human capital is inferior. The realization of human capital from human resource is actually a process of change from quantity to quality. The essay is intended to discuss the achievement of human capital in three aspects including： the quality of labor, markets and capital.
