摘 要:目的探讨糖尿病(DM)对大鼠脑内葡萄糖转运蛋白1(GluT-1)和GluT-3表达的影响。方法应用免疫荧光检测DM大鼠脑内海马和皮质部位GluT-1和GluT-3表达情况。结果正常组大鼠海马部位GluT-1和GluT-3表达多于皮质部位。DM组大鼠脑内GluT-1表达减少(P<0.01),GluT-3表达在海马部位有所增加(P<0.01),皮质部位无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论糖尿病引起脑内GluT-1和GluT-3表达水平变化,继而脑内葡萄糖转运发生相应变化以适应脑内能量代谢。Objective To explore the effect of diabetes on expression of glucose transporter 1,and 3 (GluT 1 and 3). Methods After the successful establishment of diabetic rat model, immunofluorescence method was applied to detect the expressions of GluT-1 and 3 in cerebral hippocampus and cortex in rats. Results In normal rat brain, there were much more expressions of GluT-1 and 3 both in hippocampus and in cortex(P〈0.01). However, the expression of GluT-1 decreased, and the expression of GluT-3 increased in hippocampus (P〈0. 01), but unchanged in cortex in the diabetic rat brain (P〉0. 05). Conclusions DM changes the expression levels of GluT-1 and 3, then the brain glucose transportation changes accordingly so as to accommodate the brain energy metabolism.
