摘　　要：位于阿姆斯特丹西部地区的新建RWZI污水净化厂是一个大规模的工业综合体．该厂通过对整个厂区的一次整顿，关闭了位于Zeeburgereiland的现有厂区，并且改变了污水处理系统的排水方向。新厂位于Noordzeeweg的出市主干道旁。The new RWZI sewage treatment plant in Amsterdam West is a large-scale industrial complex that concludes a major operation, in which the existing plant on Zeeburgereiland was closed and the direction of the sewage system＇s drainage reversed. The new complex is situated on a major exit road, the Noordzeeweg. It is highly unusual for an architectural firm to be involved in such a project and the architects immediately realised what a challenge it was.
